Over 4.2 million pieces of customer feedback from 175,000 consumers contribute to the comprehensive Customer Experience All-Stars 2024 ranking, which covers more than 3,100 brands.

The Customer Experience All-Stars rankings take a holistic view of experience, examining the best overall outcomes for customers based on a mix weighting of customer satisfaction and treatment of customers.
Across the over 3,100 companies within 80 industries covered in the HundredX universe, the three specific areas that comprise the customer service elements of a customer's journey were the following:
All brands are rated in primary categories such as quality, perceived value, and trust. Other categories are tailored to a specific sector or product
Brands are also compared to others in their sector to control for the degree to which some industries are generally viewed more positively than others
Rewards the brands that treat their customers well, a key driver of satisfaction along with quality, people/service, speed/convenience, price, and atmosphere.
Among the over 80 industries tracked by HundredX, this year the top industries over customer experience are Quick, Fast, Causal Dining, Convenience Stores, Grocery, Auto Brands, and Hotels.
